We currently ship to UK, Europe/EEA and USA/Canada.

Various shipping options are offered at the checkout. Free Shipping is offered on all retail orders of £40 or above. This offer applies to UK orders only includes channel islands and the Isle of man.

We aim to ship your order within 3-5 working days from the date you placed it. 


Our Returns Policy

If you are unhappy with your order or change your mind for any reason, you have 30 days to return your order for a full refund (excludes shipping), providing the following conditions are met.

Items returned must be in the original condition that the customer received them in unused, unopened and in their original packaging. This includes ensuring that all labels are affixed and unopened or unbroken, all tamper seals intact and products unused.  We will inspect all returned items before issuing a refund to ensure that they are in saleable unused condition. For hygiene reasons we cannot refund any opened or used hair/beauty products.

Please note that items are your responsibility until they reach our office. Therefore you are responsible for making sure that all returned items are wrapped in suitable packaging, to prevent damage to the items or their packaging, we can not refund returned items that are damaged in transit. We are not responsible for any items that are returned in error. As a precaution, we strongly recommend that you use a signed for delivery service that insures you for the value of the items that you are returning. This protects you against lost or damaged goods.

When returning items, please ensure that you include all of the following information:

1. Full Name

2. Address, as provided on the original order

3. Your order number/reference

4. Reason for Return or Exchange


Distance Selling Regulations:

Under the European Distance Selling Regulations, customers within the European Union (EU) are automatically entitled to a Seven Day Cooling Period. This gives you the right to cancel the contract of purchase, within seven days of your order. Notification of cancellation must be received in writing within seven working days of the goods being received by the customer. As per the European Distance Selling Regulations, we will refund the cost of item(s), as well as the original shipping Charge.



(Please note, there is no VAT currently charged on our products.)

Customs and import duties (if any) are charged once the parcel reaches its destination. These charges must be paid by the recipient of the parcel.

Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and can't advise on what the costs will be in advance. We advise you to contact your local customs office for current charges. 

If your products are returned back to us due to non-delivery, incorrect address, no one available to sign for and/or collect your products you will incur re-delivery charge(s)

Refunds will not be issued for goods that have been shipped and returned back to us due to non-delivery, incorrect address, no one available to sign for and/or to collect your products.

Reasonable allowance should be made for orders made over the weekend and at National Holidays. We do our best to deliver within 30 days of the date of your order but shall not be liable for loss occasioned by delay in delivery arising out of any cause beyond our control.


Lost and Stolen Items

We do not take responsibility for items that are lost or stolen in transit. Please selected a tracked and signed for option if your item is likely to be kept in an unsafe location, or if you are not around to collect.
